Scope and controller
This notice covers the BLAZE presentation website, operated by FIVE STARS EVENTS S.A.R.L., whose registered office is at Palais de la Scala, 1 Avenue Henry Dunant, 98000 Monaco. It does not cover client records handled by a future online service.
For requests about your personal data, write to contact@blaze.mc or to that postal address, marked “BLAZE — personal data”.
Browsing and protecting the website
The public website is hosted on a Monaco Telecom server in Monaco. Your IP address, the requested page and technical browser information are processed temporarily to deliver the page. These details are necessary for that delivery.
To limit abusive submissions, a value derived from your IP address and attempt counters stay in memory for at most ten minutes. This mechanism does not store the raw IP address or add it to the message sent to BLAZE. Repeated attempts or service capacity limits may temporarily prevent submission; you can try again later or use your email application. This check does not assess your project or create a profile.
This configuration does not retain application or web server logs of visits or errors. Email providers have separate arrangements, described below.
The basis used for delivering pages and limiting abuse is BLAZE’s legitimate interest in making the website available and protecting its operation, under Article 5, point 6, of Law No. 1.565. This assessment depends on those operations remaining necessary and proportionate, without overriding your rights and freedoms.
Your enquiry and consent
The form collects your name, email, subject, message and language, and your company if you provide it. Allan Garbagnati Knoell handles the enquiry personally for BLAZE, replies to you and follows up only on that exchange.
This processing relies on your consent under Article 5, point 1, of Law No. 1.565. The checkbox is unchecked by default. Your name, email, subject, message and consent are required to send the form; your company is optional. Without the required details, the form is not submitted. You remain free to browse the website or email contact@blaze.mc directly.
You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to the contact above and ask for the data from this exchange to be erased. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing. The version of this notice and the time you gave consent accompany the message BLAZE receives. This consent does not subscribe you to a newsletter or authorise marketing on behalf of third parties.
The form does not accept attachments. Please leave out client files, identity documents and confidential information. It does not save the enquiry in a website database or send an automatic reply.
Recipients and email delivery
The form reaches the server in Monaco, then Cloudflare, Inc. sends it through Email Sending to contact@blaze.mc. Cloudflare Email Routing then forwards the message to BLAZE’s Google Workspace mailbox. Allan is the recipient at BLAZE. Cloudflare and Google provide email transmission and mailbox services; their authorised personnel and subprocessors may process data to provide these services.
This delivery route leaves Monaco. Processing may take place in different countries, including outside the European Union. The Workspace account’s region has not been verified; hosting the website in Monaco does not guarantee where emails are processed. See the data processing terms published by Cloudflare and Google Workspace.
The transfer arrangements applicable to these email accounts have not yet been verified.
Retention
Correspondence is retained according to whether it is needed to consider your enquiry, reply and carry out the follow-up you request. Closing the enquiry, completing the expected follow-up and any withdrawal of consent determine when that need is reconsidered. No fixed inbox retention period or automatic deletion is stated here.
Cloudflare’s sent-message preview is currently enabled. Its documentation states that these copies, which include message content, are retained for about seven days. This does not describe how long Workspace keeps emails or how long providers keep other technical data. See the email preview documentation. The Workspace account’s retention and deletion settings remain unverified.
Your rights
Subject to applicable legal conditions, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data and object to certain processing, including its use or disclosure for third-party marketing. Send your request to the contact above. If there is reasonable doubt about your identity, information needed to verify it may be requested.
The law requires written information about the action taken within one month of receiving a request. Complex or multiple requests may justify a two-month extension, with reasons given within the first month. See Law No. 1.565, Articles 5, 6 and 10–19. You may also lodge a complaint with Monaco’s Autorité de Protection des Données Personnelles.
