Launch scope includes all professions subject to vigilance obligations in Monaco, together with professional teams, responsible officers and clients contributing to a case. Profession-specific templates must be built around shared journeys. A sector page on the Blaze website illustrates one set of needs; it does not narrow the product audience to that sector or define an exhaustive legal classification.

Determining whether a particular activity is covered, which evidence is required and what rules apply needs verified sources and professional judgement. A service page does not establish a threshold, retention period or legal conclusion. The product should make a rule's provenance accessible and distinguish a validated requirement from an unresolved question. A template should support that examination rather than conceal uncertainty behind a mandatory field.

The planned journey begins with an organisation and its members, then a relationship to examine. Clients should be able to contribute through access limited to the relevant case. Professionals need to distinguish information declared, documents received and facts actually reviewed. Uploading a file must not automatically mean that its contents are verified, the case is complete or the relationship has been accepted.

The intended functions include documentary collection, examination of screening matches, reasoned risk assessment and reviews. A screening result needs the context of its source and version. A possible match calls for examination; the absence of a match does not guarantee anything about a person or relationship. Source coverage, update handling and behaviour during interruptions require verification before real operation.

Authorised people retain decisions. Rule or AI suggestions should be understandable, challengeable and correctable, with a recorded justification in the system to be built. The interface must not convert a score into a verdict or display a badge implying achieved compliance. A well-organised file may make the work easier to examine, but it does not replace the organisation's responsibilities or professional judgement.

The planned banking extension covers source of wealth, source of funds and prior approval workflows. It must distinguish declarations, supporting material, analysis and decisions, with clear responsibilities for the teams involved. That scope implies neither automatic acceptance by a bank nor endorsement by an authority. It is a development requirement, not a statement that the corresponding modules are already operating.

Before a due-diligence workspace receives real cases, its operating plan must cover access, document storage, backups and recovery. A reviewer needs to know where evidence is held and who can help restore it after an incident. Supporting services, including document processing and technical logs, belong in that account too. Vedetta remains in development; the current demonstration lets professionals examine the proposed journeys with fictional information while those operational capabilities are being built.

Current demonstrations use synthetic information. Hosting in Monaco does not itself authorise sending documents to an AI model, OCR provider or support processor. Encryption and preparation for quantum-related risks are production requirements to assess, not completed protections claimed by this page. The available concept explains a direction; it is not a client reference, a legal assessment or a production security certification.
