What you can examine

The prototype opens a cited document, previews a request for missing information and records a temporary observation. It sends no documents and approves no case.

Start with the reviewer’s question

A statement is useful when the person examining it can find the supporting document, understand what is missing and explain the next step. We designed this study around that sequence: a declared situation, the evidence behind it and the questions still open.

Keep the case and its evidence together

The interface brings the case summary, source material and working notes into one reading space. Selecting a citation opens the relevant document beside the statement, so the reviewer can compare them without losing the context. Missing information can be gathered into a request preview, and an observation can be added to the activity log.

The mobile layout preserves that order while letting the reader move between the summary and supporting material. The aim is a legible working tool, with the important question visible and the evidence close at hand.

A shared foundation for different professions

The product is being developed for all professions subject to vigilance obligations in Monaco, together with their teams and clients. The intended scope includes questionnaires and documents appropriate to each activity, as well as banking work on source of wealth, source of funds and prior approval.

Those different procedures share a central principle: the professional retains the decision and its reasons. The interface should help prepare and document an examination, without turning an incomplete file or a calculated score into an automatic approval.

The demonstration uses fictional identities, documents and amounts. You can open cited material, preview a request and add a temporary observation. It sends no messages, performs no real screening and does not accept client records; observations reset when the page is reloaded.

This is an in-house product in development. Self-service registration and the operational workspace are being built. The study offers a concrete way to discuss the working experience before those services become available.
